Wellness Walk & Talk for Mental Health

The Anderson County Hospital Senior Life Solutions team will share information recognizing the difficulties that come with the aging process, including symptoms of depression and anxiety, and programs offered that can help you or a loved one feel better.  Please meet near the hospital's main entrance. Following a brief talk, all are invited to enjoy a group walk around the hospital campus. A special treat and bottled water will be provided.  This event is free and open to all ages and abilities. No registration required.
